Today's high speed packaging lines require an outsert solution that won't jam up and interrupt production. Speed outsert folding systems are for the production of RTA (right-turn-angle) cross-folded outserts. Outserts, which have become the standard for providing information in the pharmaceutical industry, are leaflets that are folded to a small size and secured to form closed leaflets which will not spring open during packaging operations or while affixed directly onto product containers. The tabber complements customer's secondary packaging capabilities, bringing more specialty packaging functions under one roof, an added benefit to stringent customer audit requirements.

Final fold size requirements can range down to 1.12" x 1.12". Outsert type products usually use an adhesive closure method, or a tab closure method.
